Storage services are common when there's a gap between your move-out date and your move-in date, or when you're downsizing and need to hold onto furniture until you figure out what to do with it. We operate a warehouse facility with both climate-controlled and standard units. Climate-controlled is recommended for anything wood, upholstered, or sensitive to humidity — furniture, mattresses, electronics, documents, artwork. Standard units are fine for tools, outdoor equipment, and boxes of non-fragile items.
We'll pick up your items, inventory them, wrap and pad everything, and move them into the storage unit. You get a copy of the inventory list and an access code if you need to retrieve something while it's in storage. Most customers don't need access — they just want everything held until the new place is ready — but the option is there.

Billing is monthly, and there's usually a minimum one-month term. If you know you'll need storage for 60–90 days, we can quote a flat rate that's a little cheaper than month-to-month. When you're ready for delivery, we schedule a date, load the truck, and move everything to your new address. The delivery is billed the same as a regular move — hourly or flat-rate depending on the scope.
Some customers use container storage where your items stay in a sealed container (like a PODS-style setup) rather than being unloaded into a traditional unit. That cuts down on handling, which some people prefer. Either way, everything is insured while it's in our facility, and the building has 24/7 security and surveillance.
Storage is also useful for estate situations — when someone passes away and the family needs time to sort through belongings, or when a house sells faster than expected and the contents need to go somewhere while everyone figures out what to keep. We've handled estate cleanouts and storage for families across Hall County and the surrounding area, and we can coordinate with estate sale companies or donation pickups if that's part of the plan.
